Electron Microscopy Sciences Disposable Liquid-Holding Slide Wells 0.25 mm thick
These disposable liquid-holding wells are pre-cut, twin adhesive well stickers (1cm diameter) firmly adhere to microscope slides. Examine specimens with or without cover slips.
Multiple Applications Examine or count tissue culture cells, yeast, bacteria and other microorganisms. Piggy-back with Microscope Slide-Grids to facilitate counting and sizing.

Electron Microscopy Sciences Lab-Tek 8 Chambers Slide, Permanox, 12 trays
Chamber slides combine a media-containing chambered super-structure with a standard soda lime glass slide or Permanox plastic slide, sealing the two together with a biologically inert silicone gasket. After cells are grown, the chamber and gasket are easily removed. The slide may then be fixed, stained, cover slipped, and filed with the usual convenience. These slides, once fixed and stained, can be embedded.
Packed in a sterile sealed tray, 8 units per tray. Permanox does not interfere with fluorescent label.

Montana Molecular Red Nucleus-targeted cADDis cAMP Assay - 10mL
Measure real-time cAMP signaling kinetics in the nucleus cilia with this live cell fluorescent assay. Add NLS-tagged cADDis to your cells and measure robust signals the next day on a fluorescence imaging system. Increasing red fluorescence indicates cAMP increase. This assay is genetically encoded and packaged in BacMam for efficient transduction in most cell types - including uniform and near 100% efficiency in HEK293 cells as well as expression in many primary or iPSC-derived cells. The kit includes the cAMP sensor BacMam, 500mM sodium butyrate in H2O, and a positive control receptor and agonist (B2AR BacMam and 10mM isoproterenol in HCl). Other Montana Molecular tools including BacMam-packaged GPCRs, green fluorescent membrane-targeted or cytosolic cAMP sensors, or green fluorescent sensors for DAG or Calcium can easily be co-expressed with this assay.
